By creating an account or using AxisOne ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices and features are described at axisone.app. Taxes may apply.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or harm other users.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with Meta, Google, payment processors and other providers. Their terms apply to your use of those services.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
