AxisOne operates the AxisOne SaaS platform at https://axisone.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when users access our online booking, CRM, website builder, AI assistant, and Meta integrations.
Personal data we collect
We may collect account information, business profile details, staff and client records entered by customers, appointment details, uploaded media, payment-related records, device and browser information, IP address, log data, cookies, and connected Meta identifiers or tokens when a user chooses to connect Instagram or Facebook features.
How we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the service, manage bookings and CRM workflows, process payments, send transactional notifications, support connected Instagram and Facebook functionality, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
Meta platform data
When a user connects a Meta account, AxisOne uses Meta APIs only to provide requested CRM functionality such as account connection, message management, publishing test or customer-approved content, and analytics where permitted. We do not sell Meta platform data.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure, email, analytics, payment, and support providers under appropriate agreements, or with authorities where legally required. Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, accounting, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
User rights and deletion

Security
We use encryption, access controls, row-level data isolation, monitoring, and operational safeguards to protect data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
